Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lids. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a professional appearance consistent with our company's dress code policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
  • Store Maintenance: Participate in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising, signage, and visual displays.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including processing shipments, resetting merchandise, and maintaining accurate product counts.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner, ability to read and operate a computer, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
