About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
