Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in displaying merchandise, conduct sales transactions, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
