Epico Forest Products is a leading manufacturer of high-quality hardwood flooring, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in Canada and the US. This role will be responsible for expanding our business through building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and stores within their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships with flooring stores and clients in the assigned region.
- New Business Development: Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote our hardwood flooring products to potential customers.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of hardwood flooring products and the flooring market.
- Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Licenses/Certifications: Driving License (required).
We provide a competitive salary package including:
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
- Commission Pay: Additional income based on sales performance.
- Benefits: Automobile allowance, dental care, extended health care, paid time off, store discount.
