About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Platforms Architect to join our team at Canadian Tire Corporation. As a key member of our AI & Emerging Technology organization, you will play a critical role in enabling data analytics, data governance, and business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sustainable data solutions that align with business capabilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in data platforms, analytics, and integration technologies
  • Collaborate with partner teams to understand their data needs and develop roadmaps for data products
  • Develop and deliver solution communication packages to stakeholders
  • Perform code and infrastructure reviews to diagnose issues and provide resolutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data platforms, analytics, and integration technologies
  • Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, including Azure
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data engineering, and data movement technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
