Job Title: Platform Data Architect

Are you a data expert looking for a challenging role? We're seeking a skilled Platform Data Architect to join our team at Scotiabank.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced data professional to lead our data governance initiatives. As a Platform Data Architect, you will be responsible for setting standards, taxonomy, and naming conventions for our ServiceNow foundational data. You will also implement platform foundational data in accordance with the CSDM framework and create data access standards and procedures across all instances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management processes.
  • Develop and maintain data access standards and procedures.
  • Ensure data compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement data analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance and management.
  • Excellent knowledge of CSDM 3.0 and/or 4.0.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow architecture.
  • Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
