The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as experience with inventory management and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or CE GEP an asset.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
