Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus 15 days Paid Time Off, and a 6% annual bonus.

Job Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production lines on the plant floor. They will lead the production team to attain efficiencies, objectives, production goals, housekeeping, and continuous improvement tasks in a safe and timely manner.

  • Communicate with supervisors of next and previous shifts on safety, quality, and production issues and work in a team environment to resolve.
  • Ensure plant safety and food safety procedures are followed.
  • Manage and train agency temp workers as required.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching for new and current employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience working in food manufacturing.
  • 1+ years of experience in leading production/warehouse teams.
  • Good communication skills with English language, reading, writing, and able to give out instructions clearly.
  • Able to work weekends and cover other shifts.
  • Supervisory experience within a manufacturing industry.

Working Environment

You will be required to walk around frequently (80% on the floor – 20% in the office). You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
