Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist chiropractors with patient health education and physical examinations
    • Process claims, such as health insurance or workers' compensation
    • Maintain supplies and order equipment as needed
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Manage routine office functions, including reception and telephone duties
  • Client Care
    • Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine
    • Follow through on treatment programs with patients
  • General Office Duties
    • Perform general clerical duties, such as processing files and paperwork
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 44 hours per week in an urban area office setting.
