Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Operation Come Home. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve menu goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Culinary arts training or equivalent experience
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
