Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a supply chain strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in supplier operations.
  3. Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery times.
  4. Design and implement inventory management systems and policies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize holding costs.
  5. Coordinate with the production team to develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory levels.
  6. Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigating strategies to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.
  7. Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making.
  8. Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  3. Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of global supply chain trends and best practices.
  5. Strong understanding of supply chain management software and tools.
  6. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  8. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  9. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
