Job Title: Director, Supply Chain

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead our supply chain strategy and operations. As Director, Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery times in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Design and implement inventory management systems and policies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize holding costs.
  • Coordinate with the production team to develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory levels.
  • Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigating strategies to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), performance reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance, mentoring, performance feedback, and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the supply chain team.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment to drive overall business performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Knowledge of global supply chain trends and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management software and tools.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
