Job Title: Advanced Practice Coordinator

At William Osler Health System, we are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Coordinator to join our Diagnostic Imaging Department. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescribe appropriate protocols for imaging exams
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nuclear physicians, and referring physicians to enhance imaging services
  • Provide professional guidance to healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary teams
  • Improve productivity, patient access, and quality of care in diagnostic imaging
  • Ensure effective patient flow and care, including triaging and scheduling referrals

Qualifications:

  • Professional designation in an imaging profession
  • Minimum 5 years recent relevant clinical experience in diagnostic imaging
  • Ability to implement and evaluate planned change, lead a team, and transfer knowledge
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and work record required
