Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop our team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Operations and Administration
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and performance.
- Education and Experience
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for long periods of time.
