Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Ainsworth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business results through a people-focused culture that prioritizes diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities
  • You will partner with leaders across the organization to build high-performing teams that drive business outcomes.
  • Your focus will be on employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment and a great place to work.
  • You will anticipate and address gaps between business needs and people capabilities by driving appropriate actions.
  • You will facilitate talent review and succession planning processes, focusing on achieving diversity and creating developmental plans for high-performing staff.
  • You will provide support in performance counseling, employee retention, policy interpretation, human rights, and employment legislation.
  • You will coach and advise supervisors and managers on employee relations matters, including attendance management, policy violations, progressive discipline, and termination.
  • You will lead investigations into employee relations, ethics, and compliance issues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a high comfort level interacting with multiple levels within an organization.
  • Experience in employee relations, change management, and HR policies is preferred.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and HRIS platforms is essential.
