Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at Plenty Stores Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet business objectives
- Establish and manage sales floor schedules to meet customer demand
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to ensure seamless customer experience
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Our sales team works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be expected to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
