We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at Browns Shoes. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

As a Sales Supervisor at Browns Shoes, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
