Sales Team Lead

At Browns Shoes, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
