Sales Team Lead

Browns Shoes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
