Job Opportunity

Danfoss is currently seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead our Drives business in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the drives market and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in both written and oral English and French.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience in managing a sizeable commercial team and driving sales growth.
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of the drives industry.
