Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, including alarms and emergency calls, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • Screen and grant access to visitors and clients, ensuring a secure and respectful environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Write detailed reports and investigate routine incidents, as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Code of Conduct/Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
