About the Role

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our Design team at Info-Tech Research Group. As a key member of our user experience team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for interaction projects and visualize a shared understanding of the needs of leadership, product, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Translate research findings into informative and supportive interaction designs and data visualizations.
  • Present results, insights, requirements, and visuals to leadership and product teams in a compelling way.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in user experience, including a portfolio highlighting your projects and contributions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in UX, HCI, Design, or related field.
  • Familiarity with the UX design process in an agile, product-driven hybrid environment.
  • Superior time-management and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent tools and tech knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with and gathering requirements from stakeholders and internal users.
  • Expertise in creating user flows, mapping journeys, and presenting insights to key partners.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Figjam, or similar tools.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
