We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Best Towing. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

In addition, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Other key responsibilities include assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, performing data entry, and overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.

Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You should also have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.

A valid criminal record check is required for this position. The working hours for this role are 35 hours per week.
