- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be working in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
