Job Description

P & N Development Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and appoint senior staff members.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals.
