Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively gather and document member information to support financial planning and advice.
  • Review and analyze member accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and enter loan application information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support branch activities to grow new memberships and strengthen relationships with existing members.
  • Clearly communicate credit union and competitor products and services to members, providing advice and solutions to improve their financial situation.
  • Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, and foreign exchange.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of retail banking or sales experience, plus a high school diploma.
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or related studies is an asset.
  • IFIC certification is also valuable.
