Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team at CANADA INC. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role:
  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a high school diploma and have at least 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings with clients, staff members, and other stakeholders
  2. Answer Telephone and Relay Calls: Answer incoming calls, respond to messages, and relay information to relevant parties
  3. Manage Office Supplies: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped
  4. Maintain Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to keep track of important documents and records

In addition to these responsibilities, the Support Coordinator will also provide general administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Requirements:
