Job Description
As an Operations Manager Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organizational goals and objectives;
- Delegating tasks to office support staff to optimize their workload and productivity;
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Carrying out administrative activities related to the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assisting in the preparation of our operating budget and overseeing office administrative procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as an Operations Manager Assistant at TurnerMoore LLP, you will need to possess:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role; and
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
