About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management Strategist to join our team at Canadian Tire Corp. in Toronto, ON.
Job Summary
This is a full-time position that will work onsite for 4 days a week at our Toronto office. The successful candidate will lead aspects of planning, delivery, development, and execution of change for organizational transformation programs, projects, and initiatives affecting people, technology, and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to clarify guiding principles, organizational vision, business transformation, and change management initiatives to CTC's strategic priorities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to evolve organizational change management framework and tools in ways that help grow broader adoption and application.
- Analyze, report, and advise on CTC's operating environment that could impact the organization's strategic objectives and performance.
- Write and edit communications that shape an internal narrative around our Digital Transformation Office strategic pillars.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and monitor and evaluate performance once change has been implemented.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in a similar role, with strong experience working on IT Transformation programs involving changes in ways of working. They should also possess excellent communication skills, including creation of go-to-market content for key changes.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 CAD, depending on experience.
