Assent is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior System Analyst to join our IT Support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide world-class support to our stakeholders, troubleshoot technology issues, and contribute to the development of procedural manuals and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide systems support to Assent stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Manage systems accounts and review accounts as per the Account Review policy.
- Monitor systems and processes, and report status as outlined in the System Monitoring policies.
- Assist in the development of procedural manuals and train users on automated systems.
- Ensure high-quality IT asset management and administration of Assent's SaaS tools contracts.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of ISO quality management audit processes within the scope of IT responsibilities.
- Assist in day-to-day office administration, prepare and keep departmental records and reports.
- Work closely with the Assent security team and resolve security puzzles and issues.
- Fill in for System Analysts in their absence and understand ethical business practices, confidentiality, and Assent's organizational values.
- College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline.
- 2 years of experience in systems analysis, business or solution architecture, business analysis, business process reengineering, and/or process improvement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively.
- A true team player with a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally to management, peers, and customers, and demonstrate sound judgment/reasoning skills.
- Desirable experience with Atlassian apps, JAMF, Automox, Productiv, and Vendr.
