Job Title: Marketing Specialist for Growth Initiatives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key player in driving growth initiatives for PC Express, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing strategic growth initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition, loyalty, and enabling new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute growth initiatives across owned, paid, and earned channels to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and business results.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs, requirements, and business needs for growth initiatives.
  • Assess growth program objectives and develop go-to-market plans and execution tactics.
  • Prepare creative briefs, manage campaign calendars, and projects to ensure successful launch.
  • Review creative recommendations and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand positioning, tone, and business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relationship Growth team on prioritization, segmentation, and deployment of program messaging across channels.
  • Support the broader growth and marketing team to deliver on growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles and best practices.
  • Experience executing traditional marketing tactics (owned, earned, and paid).
  • Ability to generate meaningful business and customer insights from disparate data.
  • Growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
