We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at B.C. LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. They will also supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Experience in international cuisine
  • Ability to work overtime as required
