Role Overview
The HR Administrative Support Associate plays a crucial role in the success of our store operations. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the store leadership team, assisting with staffing, training, and payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports hiring managers and talent acquisition with site-specific activities, including posting positions, processing background checks, and creating offer letters.
- Assists with new associate onboarding by planning new employee orientation sessions.
- Supports payroll administrative work, including processing terminations, creating employee change letters, and managing new hiring forms.
- Assigns, monitors, and tracks training schedules and licenses for compliance training and external/internal training.
- Inputs training hours into Kronos and assists associates with travel arrangements for training.
- Receives and posts materials sent by the HR department and organizes logistics for related activities.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience administering confidential staff information.
- 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- 1 year of experience in a cross-functional team environment.
- 2 years of administrative experience, including processing data, scheduling, and tracking information.
- College studies in administration or a related field.
Compensation
$19.50 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
