Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of projects in commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Lead cost analysis and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review project documents, including marketing requirements, product design specifications, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
  • Apply agile methodologies to drive project delivery and improve processes.
Requirements and Skills:
  • University degree or college diploma.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills, including prioritization and ability to respond quickly to changes.
  • Ability to execute strategies and tactics, build relationships, and think analytically and critically.
  • High energy, flexible, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and presenting key metrics.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
