Job Title: Butcher - Retail or Wholesale

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Retail or Wholesale to join our team at Kwan Shun Food Trading Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, as well as wrapping and packaging prepared meats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
  • Train meat cutters
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
