Job Title: Computer Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at TecDale Group inc. as a Technical Support Analyst.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware and software. This includes responding to user inquiries, consulting technical manuals and documents, and implementing solutions to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult technical manuals and documents to research and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software
  • Supervise other technical support workers in the group
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
