We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at TecDale Group inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, including setup and installation of new equipment
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, including network and internet connectivity
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
