About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Technician to join our team at Canada Computer Service. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and diagnose circuit, component, and equipment faults.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies, and adjust, align, replace, or repair as needed.
  • Quality Control: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and complete work orders and test reports.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure all work is performed in a safe and secure manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Work Environment: 35 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Language: English.
