We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Vention. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will support the Sales team on day-to-day operations, quarter/annual programs, and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with finance, marketing, growth, and sales leadership on business initiatives, including go-to-market strategy, operations, finance, organizational design, and HR.
- Drive analyses on Account Executive productivity performance, ramp-up effectiveness, and funnel optimization.
- Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure for the GTM team, including performance and productivity metric dashboards, funnel reports, and other KPIs.
- Support the Director of Sales Operations through the annual planning cycle with analysis and insights.
- Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives, including design solutions, timeline management, and partnership on key decisions, issues, implementation, adoption, and documentation.
- Organize pipeline generation tactical playbooks and events, such as Demand Generation Days, and drive new initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation and streamline account executive prospecting activities.
- Contribute to sales playbooks with templates and other training materials in partnership with sales enablement and sales managers.
- Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail with the flexibility to meet changing business priorities.
- A confident, proactive communicator capable of identifying opportunities to solve problems, bring solutions, and make the team better.
- A self-starter with high motivation, confidence, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in a sales operations role, including 3-5 years in a high-growth environment in sales/revenue operations.
- Strong attention to detail, experience developing processes to remove human error.
- Proven expertise with productivity tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Power BI, and certifications.
- Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis, with the ability to deep dive into large amounts of data, draw meaningful insights, dissect business issues, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Ability to leverage data to perform root cause analysis and address the source of issues.
- Outcome-driven approach to developing recommendations and demonstrated ability to develop a story and execution plan to support goals and objectives.
- Exceptional communication (listening, written, and oral) skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations targeted to the audience in question.
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to execute effectively in a cross-functional environment.
