About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Strategic Partnerships Sales Division. Reporting to the Director of Partner Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team's success by providing administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage territory planning, including preparing sales coverage forecasts and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate events such as branch meetings, product manager presentations, and corporate gatherings.
- Handle client correspondence, prepare reports, and process CE credit letters.
- Assist with marketing initiatives by ordering promotional materials and managing team resources.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, including travel arrangements and expense management.
- Maintain client information in the CRM database and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations to communicate key performance indicators.
- Implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and consistency within the sales division.
Qualifications:
- Relevant post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of the mutual fund industry is an asset.
