About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Strategic Partnerships Sales Division. Reporting to the Director of Partner Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team's success by providing administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage territory planning, including preparing sales coverage forecasts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate events such as branch meetings, product manager presentations, and corporate gatherings.
  • Handle client correspondence, prepare reports, and process CE credit letters.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives by ordering promotional materials and managing team resources.
  • Provide administrative support for the sales team, including travel arrangements and expense management.
  • Maintain client information in the CRM database and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare internal reports and presentations to communicate key performance indicators.
  • Implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and consistency within the sales division.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the mutual fund industry is an asset.
