Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize losses.
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
