Maintenance Technician Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Gerald Palmer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and labor tasks including door, door trim, baseboard, crown molding, flooring installation, basement work, decking, kitchen cabinets, and painting.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair doors, door trim, and other interior elements
- Install flooring, including hardwood and laminate
- Work on basement projects, including finishing and renovating spaces
- Build and install decks
- Construct and finish kitchen cabinets
- Provide professional painting services
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
$25-$30 per hour, based on experience and location. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic and growing company.
