Parihar Trucking Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Technician Specialist to join our team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous 401(k) matching program.

Job Responsibilities

As a Truck Technician Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including hydraulic and transmission fluids, engine oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements.

You will also provide on-the-job training tailored to youth, recruit newcomers and refugees, and develop relationships with indigenous communities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required;
  • Ability to train and learn quickly;
  • Excellent mechanical skills and knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. You will be working in a garage setting with heavy machinery and equipment.
