About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stewart Tree Farms. As a key member of our outdoor team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Collaborate with our team to build and maintain stunning landscapes, including planting and moving trees, and applying fertilizers.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Ensure our landscapes are free from debris and litter, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including chain saws, small engine equipment, tractors, and weed trimmers.
  • Transportation and Travel: Travel to various locations to perform maintenance tasks, with travel expenses paid by the employer.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Site Environment: Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with noisy, dusty conditions.
  • Work Setting: Work at various locations, including outdoors.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and maintain manual dexterity.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with chain saws, small engine equipment, tractors, and weed trimmers.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Travel expenses paid by employer.
