We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in landscape maintenance and construction. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our crew.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Specialist to assist with various tasks related to landscape maintenance and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Assist our experienced team members with various landscape construction projects, including but not limited to, installing sod, seeding, and planting trees, flowers, and shrubs.
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the appearance of our clients' properties by weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants as needed.
  • Cut Grass: Maintain the grass at our clients' properties by cutting it regularly.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Remove debris and litter from our clients' properties and dispose of it properly.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Regularly inspect our clients' properties for litter and garbage and remove it as needed.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist with the transportation and spreading of topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay Sod or Seed: Assist with the installation of sod or seeding of lawns as needed.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees at our clients' properties as needed.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Apply fertilizers to our clients' properties as needed to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Regularly inspect our clients' properties and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens as needed.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Operate and maintain various landscape maintenance equipment, including but not limited to, lawn mowers, trimmers, and rakes.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills necessary to perform the job duties.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
