About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Promotions Advisor to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a key member of our Primary Health Care Central Zone Portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and managing a broad range of written and visual content for web, social media, educational, and navigational purposes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in content development and management. You will be responsible for collaborating with various programs and services within Primary Health Care and Chronic Disease Management to create engaging and accessible content that meets the needs of our patients and primary care teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing content for web, social media, and other digital channels
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand content needs and goals
  • Creating engaging and accessible content that meets the needs of our patients and primary care teams
  • Providing guidance and support for consistency in content design and tone
  • Ensuring proper linking with relevant internal and public-facing content

About You

We offer a competitive salary range of $33.13-$41.42 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.
