We are a dynamic company looking for an experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen team. As a Senior Culinary Team Leader, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.


Job Overview


The successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a focus on team leadership and inventory management. This is an on-site position, requiring the ability to work at our physical location.


Responsibilities


As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
  • Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food;
  • Ordering supplies and equipment;
  • Supervising kitchen staff and helpers;
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment;
  • Managing kitchen operations.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary


$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
