Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, cleaning kitchen and work areas, and managing kitchen operations.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the culinary field;
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Excellent cooking and meal preparation skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects;
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
