Job Summary
Bianco Inc is seeking an experienced Culinary Leader to oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high culinary standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is always stocked and ready for service.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in a culinary leadership role, with a strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff to meet our high standards.
Work Environment
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, where attention to detail and multitasking are essential.
- 30-40 Hours per Week: Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends as required.
