Customer Service Manager

At Twenty Four Karats, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service experience and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to provide excellent customer service
- Assign sales workers to duties and manage their performance
- Hire and train new staff members
- Teach interest or professional development courses to staff
- Authorize payments and manage cash
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Manage payroll administration and conduct performance reviews
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
